The cuisine at Mambo Café highlights the rich traditions of Colombian cooking with signature dishes that are as satisfying as they are flavorful. Each bite delivers a symphony of robust, meaty flavors and comforting textures that speak of authentic Colombian heritage.

Equally enticing are the Tostones Con Ropa Vieja, crispy fried green plantain rounds topped with savory shredded beef, offering a delightful contrast of crunch and tender richness. The Mambo Ceviche is a refreshing starter, its zesty citrus marinade awakening the palate and preparing it for the meal ahead. For those who love a touch of sweetness, the house-made Flan melts on the tongue with its creamy, caramel-drizzled goodness, while the Chocolate Colombiano provides a rich, deep cocoa indulgence that lingers pleasantly.

Quick pitstop here for breakfast. Fresh pastries and fresh food for the most part. A little greasy for the proteins besides the eggs. Rice and beans were okay. French toast was awesome. Great place to dine overall.

If your tired of high cost diners try an awesome alternative. Mambo Cafe. I've only had their breakfasts but their are many different food options. Their coffee is good. The atmosphere is bright and colorful. Very clean and parking options on both sides of the building. They have their own bakery with desserts and take out.

Must say this restaurant which we decided to stop by during our road trip randomly surprised us and exceeded our expectations. Amazing delicious, great variety of menus, clean and well decorated atmosphere, cultural music playing (not too loud). Well served by Maybelline, overall friendly service by all staff. MUST TRY if you are in Pleasantville NJ.

A wonderful restaurant I never heard about. The service is fine and the girls did a good job. The place is roomy and besides the slightly loud music, its a nice place to eat with family ans friends. Mambo Salad $10: Apples, Strawberries, Lettuce, Walnuts, and a ball of Fried Goat Cheese. At first it was a bit dry, but the waitress came back after forgetting the Raspberry Sauce and I poured that on and it was much better, nice mixture of sweetness. Then I figured out am supposed to break open the fried cheese ball and all of that flavor worked together perfectly! I recommend it if your into a unique salad of sweetness. Columbia Hot Dog $8: The topping of the hot dog was good, nice bacon, mambo special sauce, etc. nearly a foot long, but the hot dog was nothing special. It felt like Sabbratt brand hit dogs. I was hoping for something more tasty in the beef area. It came with a heap of fries, so you get your moneys worth for sure. Cuban Sandwich $12: Wonderful cuban sandwich that is a very large portion. The bread was perfect and soft. The pork and turkey were so good. The whole sandwish itself is what a normal cuban should be. The heap of fries was also nice. Great sandwich to eat to satisfy your Cuban Sandwich Craze! Overall, great place! Will definitely come again!

The food was very delicious. The place are hardy. I definitely would return back to this restaurant. Feel like Colombian or Latin food this is a hit. The empanadas were delicious and full of meat. If you like sweets this is also the place for you. There's a great bakery when you first walked in. He started eating with your eyes before you got to taste any of the baked goods.

Food was good. Service was good. Price was right. Location and parking were in point. It's too bad I hadn't been here a long time ago.
